Asset Manager, Development, Maintenance
Joel Jackson is a proud member of P3’s Development Team, having joined in the summer of 2018. Joel graduated from Red River College with a Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management in spring of 2016 and brings a wealth of practical construction knowledge to the team.
As Asset Manager of Development and Maintenance, Joel provides a leadership role managing and controlling all aspects of P3 construction projects while working alongside engineers, architects and contractors to offer the input and experience necessary to ensure all P3 projects are completed on-time and on-budget. During the construction process Joel brings a wealth of knowledge to the table by ensuring our buildings cater to tenants, offer a safe and comfortable environment, and have maintenance friendly building systems.
Once our buildings are stabilized, Joel oversees the maintenance of all P3 properties to ensure that they are operating efficiently and maintained in a clean manner to ensure top tenant satisfaction.
