Juan received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration in 1991 from the Dr. José Matias Delgado University in El Salvador. After graduating, he started his career as an operations supervisor at the Central Reserve Bank of El Salvador. In 2007, he decided to embark on a new adventure and made a move to Canada to broaden his horizons. He studied French in Montreal and later established permanent residency in Manitoba. It is in Winnipeg where Juan developed an interest and his skillset in property management. He brings with him a total of 15 years of experience in bookkeeping, leasing, operations, property management and maintenance. 

As P3 Maintenance Manager, Juan is responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of P3 related buildings and grounds and equipment while ensuring that all necessary installations, maintenance, and systems updates are being done in a timely manner.
