From inbound/outbound telecommunications sales to moving onto door-to-door sales, then beginning her first residential leasing position, Katie has developed a passion for leasing apartments by working on a variety of properties with wide ranges of consumer demographics. Katie has gained experience in discovering what people are looking for in a home and strives to find the best solution for them. As a result, she has found a niche and passion for investment real estate and understands the importance of keeping buildings full for their owners while also ensuring tenants are completely satisfied.
As P3’s Asset Manager, Leasing, Katie is responsible for assisting with the execution of our asset management strategies by ensuring that costs, operating results, leasing targets and maintenance standards for the assets are met with a focus on adding value to the properties that enrich the lives of our tenants and bring lasting value to our investors.
