Louise graduated from the Legal Assistant program at Herzing College in 2001. She has a total of 16 years of experience working as legal assistant in corporate, commercial and real estate law. Prior to joining P3 in 2017, Louise was a Legal Assistant at Tapper Cuddy LLP for over ten (10) years where she gained most of her experience in different transactional areas relating to corporate entities such as purchase and sale of real estate, corporate financing and refinancing, corporate reorganizations, lease agreements, purchase and sale of assets, due diligence process and closing of transactions.  Prior to her career as a Legal Assistant, Louise gained knowledge and experience in a variety of roles including supervisory, management and customer service. Louise brings a professional legal, real estate and office background to our team.

Louise is responsible for the overall management of the office while working closely with the P3’s Executive Team on a variety of business development tasks including developing and implementing HR strategies and best practices that will provide an employee oriented and high-performance culture.  Louise also manages the full employment life-cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, pay & benefits management, compliance, safety, implementation of employee policies and procedures, record management and the management of P3 corporate related events.
