Property Controller
Nicole graduated from the University of Manitoba Asper School of Business in 2018, majoring in Finance. During her university studies, Nicole participated in the Cooperative Education Program and completed three work terms at the professional services firm, KPMG. Upon graduation, Nicole began work full time in the Audit Department at KPMG and began to pursue her CPA designation. Nicole successfully passed the CFE exam in September 2019 and completed her practical experience hours in April 2020. Nicole gained exposure to a variety of industries during her time at KPMG including several real estate companies.
As P3’s Property Controller, Nicole will assist our Controller and CFO with the day-to-day accounting and budgeting needs of P3 funds and our related group of companies, reviewing all monthly property and corporate financial statements and supporting documents for accuracy including serving as the primary point of contact with external auditors to ensure streamlined accounting delivery.
