Our “income later” vehicle, Feeder One LP, owns and controls an active pipeline of four (4) residential and commercial development assets in Winnipeg, Manitoba with the intent to pursue meaningful capital appreciation through the development of pension grade investment properties with inspiring architecture that better meet the increasing design, amenity, technology, and safety demands of today’s tenants. Feeder One LP allows our investor partners to participate in new construction projects at wholesale cost”.
