Private Pension Partners series of Feeder Funds are an “Income Later” investment Vehicle.
Targeted 15%-20% annualized internal rate of return (IRR) with properties being sold as stabilized into Apartment + REIT. New equity raised in Feeder One LP will be used to advance and complete the construction and stabilization of these four projects.
