P3 has acquired a 50% interest in a 1.8 acre vacant lot situated near the northwest corner of Pembina Highway and Kirkbridge Drive in Fort Richmond with a planned commitment to develop a 7-storey 90 unit apartment building with main floor enclosed parking. P3 believes this Pembina Highway in-fill location near the University of Manitoba campus with convenient access to public transit, schools, parks, and shopping bodes well for a multi-residential property with a subdivision and re-zoning to RMF-M application recently approved by the Riel Community Committee.

The current site configuration will permit 15 units per floor with an attractive suite mix of 36 one-bedroom, 48 two-bedroom, and 6 three-bedroom suites intended to appeal to retirement couples, families, and young professionals.
