Private Pension Partners Real Estate 2025 L.P. is the proud new 100% owner of a portfolio of diversified commercial services value-add real estate assets consisting of twelve (12) individual properties totaling approximately 120,000 square feet of rentable area. As at the March 1st, 2017 closing date, the properties were fully leased and feature well-established high visibility locations on such major Winnipeg commercial arteries as Portage Avenue, Pembina Highway, Osborne Street, Academy Road, and McPhillips Street. Private Pension Partners intends to implement an assess, re-invest, re-position, and income maximization approach with each of these properties within a projected time frame of approximately five (5) years.
