The firm manages Apartment Plus (A+) REIT, which offers a stabilized portfolio of premium and luxury multi-family properties in regional Canadian markets, with a current fair market value of $565M. The partnership with Ruck Lane brings deep industry expertise and critical capital relationships. Ruck Lane, led by Chuck Scott—former Canadian CEO of Cushman & Wakefield—is a newly established venture capital group committed to partnering with P3 to add scale to their platform.
