Brennan brings high energy and enthusiasm to drive leasing results on behalf of our P3 institutional and private client accounts. Brennan is a proud Winnipegger and has over 10 years of sales experience including 3 years in commercial sales and leasing with a focus on retail at a major international real estate firm.  Brennan has also driven tenant representations assignments and secured multiple national retail mandates within Manitoba, building an extensive real estate network across Canada and continues to excel in communication and service.

At P3 Realty, Brennan will be responsible for managing and servicing the leasing and sales of all Private Pension Partners Group of Companies’ commercial portfolio as well as third party client brokerage contracts while also securing new third party leasing or sales mandates. Brennan graduated from the University of Manitoba Asper School of Business in 2011 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
