WINNIPEG, MB – Private Pension Partners, on behalf of Apartment Plus (A+) REIT, is pleased to announce another major growth transaction with the acquisition of a $98 million property portfolio which involved A+ REIT acquiring the outstanding 50% co-ownership interests of 765 Sterling Lyon Parkway, 815-825 Sterling Lyon Parkway, 835 Sterling Lyon Parkway, 221 Stradbrook Avenue, and 355-415 Centre Street in Winnipeg, MB from a long-term co-owner.
As a result of this transaction, A+ REIT’s real estate portfolio now stands at $563 million of property value and over $229 million of unitholder equity.
