Targeted 15-20% annualized Internal Rates of Return with properties being sold as stabilized offering our investors growth-oriented investments at wholesale cost
P3 Feeder Funds own and control an active pipeline of residential and commercial development assets in Winnipeg, Manitoba with the intent to pursue meaningful capital appreciation through the development of pension grade investment properties with inspiring architecture that better meet the increasing design, amenity, technology, and safety demands of today’s tenants. P3 Feeder Funds allows our investor partners to participate in new construction projects at wholesale cost”.
