P3 Developments is excited to welcome Jaime Henao as our new General Manager, Developments!
With more than 25 years of experience in engineering, design, drafting, and large-scale project coordination, Jaime brings a strong record of technical leadership and operational across multidisciplinary teams. His background includes extensive work in pre-construction, process development, quality oversight, and the integration of engineering, design, and project management functions.
As General Manager, Developments, Jaime will provide strategic leadership and management support across P3’s major development and re-development projects – from early land acquisition and project design to zoning, permitting, construction monitoring, and final delivery. He will oversee all active development initiatives, ensuring they meet P3’s standards for cost, schedule, and quality while maintaining alignment with Finance, Leasing, Marketing, and Asset Management.
Jaime will also lead the creation and stewardship of development procedures, KPIs, budgets, and reporting frameworks, fostering strong collaboration across divisions. His responsibilities include coordinating consultants and contractors, supporting executive-level planning and feasibility analysis, enhancing document management systems, and ensuring disciplined communication between construction activities and the COO.
