The Executive Team at Private Pension Partners (“P3”) is proud to introduce our newest professional employee, Mr. Erwin Manabat. Erwin brings to P3 over 8 years of maintenance experience in multi-family apartment buildings. During his maintenance career, Erwin has gained extensive experience in preventative and general maintenance from window repair to carpentry, electrical, flooring, appliance, exterior building and grounds keeping repairs. He prides himself in being a dedicated and responsible property maintenance worker. Erwin also has a background in Agriculture. He received an Associate degree in Agriculture Technology in 1995 from Pampanga Agriculture College in the Philippines.
As P3 Realty’s Maintenance Technician, Erwin is responsible for performing general and preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of P3 owned or managed buildings, in areas such as plumbing, electrical, painting and grounds-keeping repairs.
