Jeff brings over 7 years of experience in residential property management, with a full understanding of both the Manitoba and Alberta Residential Tenancies Acts. He was responsible for managing multiple residential rental properties in Calgary, for various investors and individual investment owners. He has also managed a large commercial property, various retail spaces and a large apartment complex in Winnipeg. Prior to working in the property management industry, he managed various hotels, making him adept at developing and implementing operating budgets and providing quality customer service. Jeff takes great pride in his work and understands what is required to ensure the day-to-day operations of residential apartment complexes run efficiently. Jeff holds a Property Management professional designation with the Real Estate Council of Alberta.
As Property Manager, Jeff is responsible for managing daily operations/management of his assigned portfolio of residential and commercial buildings under the direction of the Senior Property Manager.
