The Executive Team at Private Pension Partners (“P3”) is proud to introduce our newest professional employee, Ms. Rachael Aluko. Rachael graduated from the University of Manitoba Asper School of Business in 2019, majoring in accounting. During her university studies, Rachael participated in the Cooperative Education Program and completed three work terms at Manitoba Hydro International as a Project Accounting Assistant. Upon graduation, Rachael began work full time in the Audit Department at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and began to pursue her CPA designation. Rachael successfully passed the CFE exam in September 2021 and completed her practical experience hours in April 2022.
As P3’s Property Controller, Rachael is responsible for assisting our Corporate Controller and CFO with the day-to-day accounting, treasury, and financial analysis needs of Private Pension Partners’ real estate investment vehicles. Rachael will also lead property related internal financial reporting and related monthly invoicing, and treasury cycle.
