The Executive Team at Private Pension Partners (“P3”) is proud to introduce our newest professional employee, Mr. Ron Suchy. Ron brings over 25 years of extensive and practical commercial and multi-family real estate investment experience to P3’s broader asset management team after a successful career at a global real estate services company leading investment sales transactions and valuation across all asset classes. Ron is also a registered Salesperson with the Manitoba Real Estate Association and he has also completed the Canadian Securities Course, obtained a Business Administration Diploma from Red River College, and also earned a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) from The Sauder School of Business at The University of British Columbia.
As an Asset Manager, Operations at P3, Ron will be responsible for supporting the asset management platforms of certain P3 properties by ensuring that operating results and maintenance standards for the assets are maximized with a focus on adding long-term value to our holdings with policies and practices that enrich the lives of our tenants and bring lasting value to our investors.
