Fully committed to service excellence and results-driven satisfaction, Clarise brings over eight years of high-performing commercial real estate investment and transactional experience to the P3 Realty team. Clarise holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from The Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia and, immediately prior to joining P3 Realty, worked at a global commercial real estate company where she had direct involvement in driving commission-based revenue as a member of a national investment services team managing meaningful sale transactions across all real estate asset classes.
Clarise will be responsible for overseeing and effecting the broader brokerage performance of P3’s real estate portfolios with a strategic focus on driving occupancy and investment effectiveness at a property level. She will also lead the build-out and broader growth objectives of P3 Realty to ultimately deliver a highly localized and boutique brokerage service offering based in Winnipeg with the initial focus being on P3’s internal accounts while eventually engaging select third-party high-net worth families, pension funds, and institutional accounts for asset management, property management, sales, and leasing services over time.
Will Rossall, MBA
Will Rossall brings diverse educational and leadership experience to Your Next Place and P3 Realty’s leasing team for P3 owned and controlled assets. Following graduation from the University of Alberta with a degree in Economics, Will worked for Imperial Tobacco in a business development and strategic planning capacity. He later had success in a similar role with Coca Cola excelling at synergizing hard and soft skills to align client satisfaction with company sales targets. Will graduated from the Asper School of Business MBA program in 2018 with a double-major in Finance and Leaderships and Organizations and consistently adds value to our business units as a strategic thinker; his strengths lie in his relationship-based approach backed by sound fundamentals and learned marketing and financial skills.
As a member of the P3 Realty team, Will is responsible for ideating and executing all aspects of the leasing and marketing strategy for P3 multi-family and commercial properties. He will build and maintain the broader Your Next Place and P3 Realty market presence as new developments are brought to market by leading initial lease-up as well as implement resident retention programs in stabilized assets. Will’s broader contribution to the P3 group of companies is driven by his understanding of how occupancy drives asset values with a keen regard for amenities of the future and the importance of broader tenant satisfaction. Will is also responsible for developing marketing overlay strategies for P3’s commercial buildings while working closely with third-party brokers to drive occupancy and Net Asset Value.
Katie has been part of P3’s leasing team since 2020 and prides herself on delivering exceptional leasing services for P3’s existing built-for-rent residential portfolio. From inbound/outbound telecommunications sales to door-to-door sales to her numerous residential leasing positions, Katie has earned and developed an impressive track record for leasing apartments; she works diligently to understand how certain properties best fit with different ranges of consumer demographics and preferences. Katie has gained valuable experience at P3 in discovering what people are looking for in a home and strives to find the best solution for them. As a result, she has found a niche and passion for investment real estate and understands the importance of keeping buildings full for their owners while also ensuring tenants are completely satisfied.
As a member of the P3 Realty team, Katie is responsible for assisting with the execution of our asset management strategies by ensuring that costs, operating results, leasing targets, and maintenance standards for the assets are met with a focus on adding value to the properties that enrich the lives of our tenants and bring lasting value to our investors.
